Gabriel "Gabe" Vasquez is an active member of the social identity lab and uses his skills in therapeutic settings. He leads the TA team for Dr. Gaffney by supporting both students and the instructor with kindness, knowledge, and grace. His goals lie in counseling and human services, and he currently works at Arcata House Partnership, a nonprofit that serves the homeless population in Humboldt. His goal is to become a counselor and work directly with individuals in vulnerable populations, expanding the work he is doing now at Arcata House.
