Zoe Burg (they/she) is in their second-year of the Academic Research Masters program in Psychology with an emphasis in Social Psychology.

Thesis: Thesis: We Are vs. We Are Not: Leaders' Strategic Use of Identity Rhetoric

Thesis Supervisor: Amber Gaffney

Zoe's research interests include prejudice, disabilities, ableism, politics, discrimination, and leadership. Her interests integrate within the lab by combining politics, leadership, social identity, uncertainty-identity, and group identity. Zoe's goals include going on to get a Ph.D. in social psychology, become a professor at a university, and having their own research lab to continue contributing research to their field.
