Jacob Crocker is now a Counseling Psychology Ph.D. Student at University of Houston.
Jacob's research interests include gender and sexuality, with a focus on prejudice and stigma, minority stress and mental health, substance use/abuse and prevention, domestic and intimate partner violence. He integrates these interests into his current work on social identity, intergroup relations, and self-uncertainty. He is working toward successfully completing a Clinical or Counseling Psychology Ph.D. program with the hope of someday working with clients in a clinical setting as well as contributing to research in academia.
